Freelance Préparateur de Travaux

For a Belgian construction customer, we are searching for a freelance Préparateur de Travaux for a €90m project in Marche-en-Famenne.

This function is central to the smooth running of the site and aims to effectively support the execution, while allowing the site managers and the main driver to remain fully mobilized on the implementation.

Responsibilities

Preparation and technical monitoring of the project, in particular for:

• Prefabrication management (verification of plans, coordination with other techniques, anticipation of execution constraints, etc.)
• Shackling
• The metal structure linked to the cladding
• Assistance with quantity surveying
• Other technical and organizational tasks associated with the preparation of the work

Your main task is to ensure optimal preparation to prevent these tasks from falling on the work management teams.

Profile

• Technical training (engineer, bachelor's degree in construction or equivalent by experience)
• Experience in preparation of works / methods / work preparation on site
• Good reading and analysis of plans
• Ability to coordinate different technical stakeholders
• Rigour, sense of organization and spirit of anticipation
• Fluency in French is essential
